Consolidated Medical Staffing is looking for a branch manager for (2) office locations! Use your sales and staffing skills plus management experience to make a difference in the medical staffing industry. Medical staffing can be challenging and stressful, in turn, it requires someone who excels in high pressure positions. This opportunity is not a typical 9-5 position as healthcare is a 24/7 industry. This position requires a dedicated and entrepreneurial spirited individual who seeks to build and grow their business (office) and in turn be rewarded and well compensated for their efforts. Growth potential within the organization is highly possible for a successful and driven candidate. Qualified candidates must be able to work-on site at the applicable branch location. These positions are not remote opportunities.

Basic Purpose:

The Branch Manager is the leader of the branch and is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all day-to-day operations. The Branch Manage is also responsible for all Business Development.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Collaborates with VP to set operational and performance standards in compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborates with VP to set sales goals to ensure growth, increased productivity, and revenue.
  • Collaborates with VP regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Responsible for sales and business plans for the branch to grow branch revenue.
  • Evaluating, approving, or rejecting client requests for credit using credit scores, projected profits and losses, and risk factors.
  • Reviews status of all client accounts to identify overdue payments, collection activity, responding to all related client queries, and develop repayment plans. Delivering / transmitting of letters and notices on delinquent accounts when necessary.
  • Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
  • Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
  • Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
  • Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
  • Ensures a professional office appearance in all assigned branch locations, and the safety of all employees, applicants, and visitors.
  • Responsible for the after-hours telephone, addressing callers and sharing information with the appropriate staff member(s).
  • Administers corrective discipline, and when necessary, participates in the termination of employees.
  • All other duties as assigned

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Business Development Experience
  • Two years' experience in the healthcare industry - medical staffing strongly preferred.
  • MUST HAVE STAFFING EXPERIENCE - medical staffing industry strongly preferred.
  • Two years of sales and marketing experience with proven growth - MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE - preferably in the medical staffing industry.

Flexibility to work a schedule to include weekend hours and / or travel as needed

Ability to work in an extremely fast paced work environment; must be able to manage competing demands and change priorities with a positive attitude.
